School Meals
Our meals are prepared by our own cook in our on-site kitchen. The current cost of a school meal is £2.75. This is payable through ParentPay.
The Government provides all children in FS2 (Reception), Year 1 and Year 2 with Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM). We encourage all children in Reception to Year 2 to have a free school meal.
Children can choose to bring a packed lunch from home and this can be decided daily. Please be mindful that we are a nut-free school, and we would ask you to be aware of this when making lunches as we do have children with a severe nut allergy. All lunch boxes should be clearly named.
Food Guidelines
Due to the new guidelines on food allergies, it is important to inform you and your children of the foods and the allergens which they contain. We will inform children through a display showing them the allergens contained in that week’s food.
For you, the parents, we have created a guide for your information and hope that this will help you and your children make an informed decision.
